Four grades built on the same silica aerogel composite platform — from ultra-thin rigid sheets to flexible and semi-rigid high-temperature barriers.


Skogar® ST
Glass fiber substrate
Rigid sheets starting at 0.5 mm. Up to 1100 °C. UL94 V-0. The grade for tight spaces and rigid integration — battery inter-cell barriers, electronics housings, thin-profile insulation.
Skogar® HT
Preox fiber substrate
Flexible sheets available from 2.0 to 6.0 mm. Up to 1300 °C. UL94 V-0 + FAR 25.853. A versatile grade for aerospace and defense insulation and fire protection.
Skogar® VHT & UHT
Silica or ceramic fiber substrate
Semi-rigid sheets for the highest temperatures. VHT up to 1400 °C (2.0/3.0 mm, silica fiber), UHT up to 1700 °C (4.5/6.5 mm, ceramic fiber). Both FAR 25.853 certified. For propulsion systems, re-entry, and other extreme thermal zones.
